Meditation has been proven to provide a range of mental, emotional, physical and spiritual benefits. It has been practiced for centuries across cultures and civilizations throughout the world. Some people meditate for relaxation, others meditate to supercharge for their busy lives, others to get close to their creator.

My creative busy mind resisted meditation for so long. After overcoming all of the myths, preconceptions and expectations of meditation, I finally have a daily practice that works for me. With my wide breadth of experience and insight, I can help you figure out what is right for you too.
